Ticket Pickup Information

1. Documents to verify immediate family relationship
    1) Family relation certificate or resident registration transcript (1 copy)
    2) Purchaser's original ID
    3) Actual attendee's original ID
* All 3 documents listed above must be brought.
                                       
2. Valid ID
    1) For those with resident registration card
        - Resident registration card, driver's license, passport (valid), resident registration card issuance confirmation, mobile ID
    2) For those without resident registration card
        - Valid passport, youth ID card, youth ID card application confirmation
        - (Including elementary, middle, and high school students, excluding elementary school students)
    3) For foreigners
        - Alien registration card, valid passport
        - (Non-Korean nationals)
3. Invalid ID
    Student ID, employee ID, national health insurance card, resident registration transcript, public official ID, expired passport, expired alien registration card, confirmation documents without official seal or transparent sticker, captured mobile ID, etc.
                                       
4. Ticket pickup method
    1) All reserved tickets will be picked up on-site.
    2) On-site ticket booth on the day of the performance will operate from 6 hours before the performance starts until 30 minutes after the performance starts, and may vary depending on the on-site situation.
    3) Please bring your reservation confirmation (printed or mobile) and an ID that can verify the purchaser's identity.
    4) Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances including loss, damage, or theft, and entry is not allowed without a ticket for any reason. Please keep your ticket safe.
    5) Only original IDs with valid expiration dates are accepted.
        - (Copies and screenshots are not accepted) Application confirmation must have an official seal, and personal information including photo, issuance number, and expiration date must have a transparent sticker attached.
    6) IDs that cannot be identified due to damage or are suspected of being forged are not considered valid.
    7) Responsibility for not bringing a valid ID lies solely with the individual, and same-day ticket cancellation and refund due to failure to pick up tickets are not available. Please note this.
    8) If the purchaser's identity cannot be verified, ticket pickup is not possible. Please make reservations in the actual attendee's name.
    9) Ticket pickup by proxy is not allowed except for the purchaser. If the reservation is made in the name of an immediate family member, ticket pickup and venue entry are only possible if the purchaser can prove they are an immediate family member of the actual attendee.

    1) Artist Day: November 14, 2025 (Friday)
    2) Music Day: November 15, 2025 (Saturday)
2. Ticket booth open: 12:30~18:00 (on the day of performance)
3. Lobby open: 14:30 (on the day of performance)
4. Reserved seat audience entry: 16:30 (on the day of performance)
5. Performance start: 18:30~19:00
6. Ticket booth close: 17:00 (on the day of performance)

Entrance Information

1. Entry for this performance begins 2 hours before the performance starts, and operating hours may change depending on the on-site situation.
2. Entry is only allowed for those who have one ticket per person. Entry is not allowed without a ticket for any reason. Please keep your ticket safe.
3. This performance is rated for ages 13 and above. Those under the age limit cannot enter regardless of ticket possession or guardian accompaniment. Same-day ticket refunds and changes due to this are not available.
4. Those arriving after the performance starts may have entry restrictions, and must follow the staff's guidance for smooth performance operation and entry.

Performance Viewing Guidelines

1. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Please check the prohibited items to avoid any inconvenience.
    1) Items that may pose a threat to others (fireworks, explosives, weapons, poles, banners made of hard materials, laser pointers, etc.)
    2) Items that may disturb others' viewing (portable horns, whistles, pets, balloons, flower bouquets, etc.)
    3) Items difficult to store (large umbrellas and large-sized bags such as Boston bags, sports bags, suitcases, large backpacks, etc.)
    4) Professional photography equipment (DSLR cameras, GoPros, action cameras, recording/recording equipment, etc.)
    5) All food items except water in PET bottles with lids (500ml or less) and food purchased from INSPIRE ARENA Quick Bites
    6) Glass bottles/cans
2. All forms of photography and video recording (DSLR, camcorders, GoPros, recording equipment), recording, and live streaming are prohibited during the performance.
   If caught, recorded materials will be deleted on the spot, and you may be forcibly removed. Please cooperate.
   If you are removed due to your own negligence, your ticket will be canceled and no refund will be available.
3. Moving to seats or areas other than your reserved seat is not allowed. You can only watch from your reserved seat.
4. Please refrain from actions that may inconvenience other audience members. If repeated, you may be subject to staff sanctions or removal.
5. Please be careful with your valuables. The organizer/organizing committee/venue is not responsible for loss or theft due to your own negligence.
6. Please be careful of safety accidents when moving and waiting around the venue.
7. Please refrain from visiting the venue and waiting nearby the day before the performance.
8. We ask for your active cooperation for an enjoyable performance viewing experience.

3. Information
    1) Due to expected traffic congestion and increased visitors around the venue on the day of the performance, parking lots are expected to be full. We recommend using the INSPIRE ARENA shuttle bus.
    2) Please note that ticket cancellation, changes, and refunds are not available due to delayed viewing due to traffic or parking issues.
    3) INSPIRE ARENA operates free circulating shuttles on the day of the performance for the convenience of visitors.

    1) Subway (Airport Line): Get off at Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    2) Get on the arena free circulating shuttle in front of Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    3) Get off at INSPIRE ARENA
    4) After the performance ends, when returning home, the arena free shuttle operates to Incheon Airport Terminal 2

    1) To INSPIRE ARENA
        (Airport Railroad Airport Cargo Terminal Station -> INSPIRE ARENA)
        * Operating hours: 5 hours before the performance ~ until the performance starts / runs every 20 minutes
        * Board in front of Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    2) To Incheon Airport (return trip)
        (INSPIRE ARENA -> Incheon Airport Terminal 2)
        * Operating hours: Immediately after the performance ends ~ 1 hour 30 minutes after the performance ends
        * Separate location outside INSPIRE ARENA (board according to guidance and staff instructions)
        ※ Operations may be flexible depending on the on-site situation.
        ※ Waiting time of 30 minutes or more may occur when boarding for the return trip.
                                       
3. Parking
    1) Parking lot: 127 Gonghangmunhwa-ro (Unseo-dong), Jung-gu, Incheon
        INSPIRE ARENA Entertainment Resort Parking Lot
    2) Parking fee: Free for performance attendees on the day
    3) Parking registration: Register your vehicle number at the parking booth in the arena lobby.
