Ticket Pick-up Guide

1. Documents proving direct family relationship
    1) Family relationship certificate or resident registration transcript (1 copy)
    2) Physical ID of the person who made the reservation
    3) Physical ID of the actual attendee
* All three documents above must be brought.
                                       
2. Valid ID
    1) Those who have been issued a resident registration card
        - Resident registration card, driver's license, passport valid before expiration, resident registration card issuance confirmation, mobile ID
    2) Those who have not been issued a resident registration card
        - Passport valid before expiration, youth ID, youth ID issuance application confirmation
        - (Includes middle and high school students, excludes elementary school students)
    3) Foreigners
        - Alien registration card, passport valid before expiration
        - (Non-Korean nationality)
3. Invalid ID
    Student ID, employee ID, national health insurance card, resident registration transcript, public official ID, expired passport, expired alien registration card, youth issuance application confirmation without institution head's seal or transparent sticker, captured mobile ID, etc.
                                       
4. Ticket Pick-up Method
    1) All reserved tickets will be picked up on-site.
    2) On-site ticket booths on the day of the performance operate from 6 hours before the performance start time until 30 minutes after the performance start time, and may vary depending on on-site conditions on the day.
    3) Please be sure to bring the reservation details (print or mobile) for ticket pick-up and an ID that can confirm the identity of the person who made the reservation.
    4) Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (loss, damage, theft, etc.), and entry is not possible without a ticket for any reason. Please keep your tickets safe.
    5) All IDs are only valid if they are physical items that have not expired.
        - (Copies and screenshots are not accepted) The issuance application confirmation must be stamped with the institution head's seal, and personal information including photos, issuance number, and validity period must have a transparent sticker attached.
    6) If information cannot be identified due to damage or if forgery is suspected, it will not be recognized as a valid ID.
    7) The responsibility for not bringing the specified valid ID lies entirely with the individual, and cancellation and refund of tickets on the day due to failure to pick up tickets are not possible. Please note.
    8) If the identity of the person who made the reservation cannot be confirmed, tickets cannot be picked up. Please make reservations in the name of the actual attendee.
    9) Tickets cannot be picked up by proxy except by the person who made the reservation. When making a reservation in the name of a direct family member, tickets can only be picked up and entry is only possible when the person who made the reservation can prove that they are a direct family member of the actual attendee.

Entry Guide

1. Entry for this performance begins 2 hours before the performance start time, and operating hours may vary depending on on-site conditions.
2. This performance only allows entry for one person per ticket holder. Entry is not possible without a ticket for any reason. Please pay special attention to keeping your tickets safe.
3. This performance is for ages 13 and above. Those who do not meet the entry age cannot enter regardless of whether they have a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian. Refunds and changes to tickets on the day due to this reason are not possible.
4. Those who arrive after the performance starts may be subject to entry restrictions. For smooth performance and entry, please follow staff guidance for entry.

Performance Viewing Guidelines

1. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the performance venue. Please be sure to check the prohibited items to avoid inconvenience.
    1) Items that may pose a threat to others (explosives including fireworks, weapons, flagpoles, hard banners, lasers, etc.)
    2) Items that may interfere with others' viewing (portable sirens, whistles, pets, balloons, bouquets, etc.)
    3) Long umbrellas and large bags that are difficult to store (Boston bags, sports bags, suitcases, large backpacks, etc.)
    4) Professional photography equipment (DSLR cameras, GoPro, action cameras, recording/audio equipment, etc.)
    5) All food except PET bottled water with caps (500ml or less) and food purchased at INSPIRE ARENA Quick Bites
    6) Glass bottles/jars
2. During the performance, any form of photography and video recording (including smartphones, DSLR, camcorders, GoPro, dedicated recording/audio equipment) as well as
    audio recording, voice broadcasting (live streaming), etc. are prohibited.
    If discovered, recorded materials will be deleted on-site, and you may be forcibly removed. Please cooperate.
    If you are removed due to your own negligence, your ticket will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
3. Moving to seats and areas other than your reserved seat is not allowed. You can only watch from your reserved seat.
4. Please avoid behavior that may cause inconvenience to other audience members. If repeated, you may be subject to staff sanctions or removal.
5. Please be careful with your valuables. The organizer/host/venue is not responsible for loss or theft due to personal negligence.
6. Please be careful of safety accidents when moving and waiting around the performance venue.
7. Please avoid visiting the performance venue and waiting around it the day before the performance.
8. For an enjoyable performance viewing experience, please actively cooperate.

3. Guidelines
    1) Due to traffic congestion around the venue and increased visitors on the day of the performance, parking lots are expected to be full. It is recommended to use the INSPIRE ARENA shuttle.
    2) Please note that cancellation, changes, and refunds of reserved tickets are not possible due to delays in viewing the performance caused by traffic conditions or parking issues.
    3) INSPIRE ARENA operates free circulating shuttles on the corresponding performance days for the convenience of visitors.

    1) Subway (Airport Line): Get off at Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    2) Take the free circulating shuttle in front of Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    3) Get off at INSPIRE ARENA
    4) After the performance ends, a free shuttle to Incheon Airport Terminal 2 operates for return trips
                                       
2. Free Circulating Shuttle
    1) To INSPIRE ARENA
        (Airport Railroad Airport Cargo Terminal Station -> INSPIRE ARENA)
        * Operating hours: 5 hours before performance ~ performance start time / Runs every 20 minutes
        * Board in front of Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station
    2) To Incheon Airport (Return Shuttle)
        (INSPIRE ARENA -> Incheon Airport Terminal 2)
        * Operating hours: Immediately after performance ends ~ 1 hour 30 minutes after performance ends
        * Separate location outside INSPIRE ARENA (board according to guidance and staff instructions)
        ※ Operations may be flexibly adjusted depending on on-site conditions.
        ※ When returning, you may need to wait more than 30 minutes.
                                       
3. Parking
    1) Parking lot: 127 Airport Culture Road, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (Unseo-dong)

    2) Parking fee: Free for performance attendees on the day
